Dr. Andrews was born in 1962 and raised in San Mateo, California. He grew up achieving adventure. After medical training, he practiced on his own for 13 years in Manteca, California. He has three wonderful children that he enjoys spending time with. Since high school he has looked forward to moving to a small town in Oregon, Washington or New Mexico. The opportunity came for him to relocate in Pendleton Oregon.

His interests include running, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, snow and water skiing, the fine arts and movies.
